As a Personal Trainer Online, my clients often ask “Can I break up my cardio into 10 or 15 minute workouts?”
The answer is “YES”!! It is great to get up and move whenever you have time!
I love to go for a hike once a day, but if I don’t have time for my full hike, I break it up into two small ones. If you want to sneak in more cardio, it is perfectly okay to split it up when you are short on time. It will not feel like much, but it adds up to something significant!
If you work at an office, try climbing the stairs for 15 minutes of your lunch hour. It will give you energy for the rest of your day! You might enjoy the reward so much that it becomes a regular part of your work day!! Another way to get in more cardio is to park in the back of the parking lot when you go grocery shopping and WALK FAST from the car to the entrance of the market!
How about doing a 5 Minute Workout?
