Start your day with an amazing raw green smoothie energy boost. Forget about the coffee today, nourish your body with a plant strong treat that will assimilate into your body ever so fast.


  • Few Handfuls of Organic Kale
  • Few Handfuls of Organic Spinach
  • Few Handfuls of Cut Celery
  • 1 Large Organic Apple
  • 1 Large Organic Orange
  • 1 Large Organic Banana
  • 1  Organic Lemon
  • Almost a quart of cold filtered water
  • Handful of Ice

Recipe Instruction

We like using the Vitamix for these shakes, a regular blender will do, but just not as good. The Vitamix really liquifies all the ingredients completely.

I start with the greens and celery. Fill up the blender and pack lightly. (this will make enough for 2 large servings) Add the water then start the blender. Let it go about a minute or so. While that is blending, cut the core out of the apple, peel the banana and break it up into chunks, cut the skin off the lemon and orange and cut into quarters. Add all to the blender along with some ice. Let this second round go for a few minutes.

You’re done, pour it out into a few glasses and enjoy. I use larger mason jars and store my shakes in the fridge for drinking over the course of the day and even into the next day if I make a large batch.
