The weekend is here and we all want to bust out and have some fun…how do we stay healthy and not blow ourselves up?

Try these 10 Tips for a healthy weekend:

  1. Go outside and play! Get some sun and have some fun.
  2. Eat like you would during the week.
  3. Try to keep your sleep in sync with your weekday habits.
  4. Make a point to Eat Healthy
  5. Go for a long hike
  6. Try not to over drink/eat
  7. Get some rest
  8. Don’t lose site of your heathy eating goals
  9. Try one of our workout videos! There is a 5 minute workout video at the bottom of this article.
  10. Focus on eating mostly vegetables
