My husband Adam and I created an online personal training program called I’m Fit & Happy to share our passion and inspire others to live a similar life of love, positivity, and energy. I’m Fit & Happy allows us to work together as partners, building and creating something meaningful that can make a positive impact on many lives. We are incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to do what we love and feel passionate about while also bringing our individual areas of expertise to our partnership.

Our instant connection and shared interests in health and fitness created a strong and meaningful bond from the very beginning. Four years later, we are a happily married! I work long, yet fulfilling days as a top LA personal trainer, while Adam advances his creative agency. Despite our busy schedules, we make it a priority to pursue our shared interests in food, fitness, travel, and mindfulness. With each new project we take on, Adam and I enrich our lives as we learn from each other and our experiences together. A love for wine turned into the creation of a DIY wine cellar. A vegan detox challenge became a mutually enlightening experience. The joy of cooking was the seed for a homegrown organic vegetable garden. An extensive course on the Primal Blueprint became the foundation for my Nutritional Tips while Adam creates original Paleo/ Primal recipes for our blog and Instagram. My expertise in fitness and training and Adam’s expertise in web development and video production, along with our side projects, have become the foundation for I’m Fit & Happy.

The creation of I’m Fit & Happy was a truly organic one. By combining our interests and already developed skills, we have created a comprehensive program that inspires others to lead similar healthy, fit, happy lives. I teach and train clients across the nation with my creative and customized series of fun, highly effective workout videos that change on a monthly basis to keep things fresh and interesting. I encourage my members to try our healthy recipes and participate in our monthly challenges provided on Whether you are on-the-go or stuck at home, I am in your back pocket, keeping you on track with my unique Fitness Journaling system.

Using produce from our own backyard, Adam gets creative in the kitchen and shares his original paleo/ primal recipes. We will challenge you with a new perspective on paleo/primal eating. As we continue on our own Fit and Happy journey, Adam and I are ready to help you achieve a similar life of balance.

Working as a personal trainer and group fitness/ Pilates instructor in Los Angeles has been a dream come true. With 20 years of dance background, and graduating from college as captain of my dance team ranked #1 in the country, I was inspired to get into Fitness as a career and moved on my own from Maryland to California. I now have more than a decade of experience in fitness and a strong list of qualifications and certifications. I’m an NASM certified personal trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Certified Primal Blueprint Expert (Primal/ Paleo/ Ancestral Health, Lifestyle, Nutrition, & Fitness Expert) and Certified in Classical-Progressive Pilates Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and Mat from Pilates Sports Center. I’m also certified in several barre workouts, pre and postnatal fitness, and a specialist in Heart Rate Performance. I’ve helped people of all ages and levels, including Hollywood celebrities, pre and post-natal mommies, and pro athletes reach their health and fitness goals. I love to teach a challenging, fun, intense workout while I focus a lot on form and mind/ body connection. I’m confident that you and I will make a great team!
