Get bikini ready! Vacation season is coming!

We will be exposing lots of skin before we know it! Be prepared this spring to look and feel your absolute best. Why wait until next year. This winter layer is coming off whether you like it or not. I’m here to tell you that it is going to be hard work, you will need patience, you will need a workout partner, and you will need to stop eating out so much!

Okay! This week, I want you to get bikini ready by doing the following:

1. Find a partner in crime. This is someone with similar goals and motivation to get bikini ready. Schedule a time at least twice a week to get together for a workout. 

2.  Plan your meals the day before and be prepared. Decide what you are going to eat for breakfast, lunch, & dinner and do all possible food prep the night before. Make sure you have the food you need for all meals, wash and cut the veggies, etc. I have a bulletproof coffee for breakfast. I always make a green shake with water, spinach and grapefruit to enjoy before lunch. And I have a salad with wild caught sardines or canned wild sockeye salmon with olive oil dressing for lunch. Dinner is always different, but I make sure I have all the ingredients the night before unless I know for sure that I have time to stop by the store after work. 

3. Carry a water bottle with you at all times. Staying hydrated will help you maintain energy levels. Don’t leave home without your water bottle in hand! If I see you, I want to see your water bottle too! You can read more here about staying hydrated.

4. Try my free booty workouts 3-4 times a week. No excuses.
