Here is a great quick, uber health meal that takes minutes to prepare. I served it here with roasted butternut squash. Be sure to get free range meat that has been organically fed, no antibiotics, etc. I by Diestel Organic Ground Turkey from Amazon Fresh.

Organic Free Range Ground Turkey with an Avocado Salsa

  1. 1 lbs Organic Ground Turkey
  2. 1 Avocado organic and ripe
  3. Handful of organic grape tomatoes
  4. 3 cloves of organic garlic
  5. Handful of organic parsley or cilantro
  6. 1 to 3 serrano peppers (to your own heat tolerance)
  7. Pinch of celtic salt
  8. Knob of grass fed salted or unsalted butter
  1. In a sauce pan that you have a lid that will fit snug, pop in the butter and the meat and break up. Add some seasoning of your choice, today I used sage, white pepper and some cumin
  2. Brown for about 2 - 3 min then cover and let the meat steam in its own juices for another 2 to 3 minutes
  3. Add the garlic and 1/2 the chopped parsley and cook for about a minute, until the garlic is soft
  4. Plate it!
  5. While you are cooking the meat, or before, pop the garlic, peppers, 1/2 the parsley or cilantro and the salt into a food processor and chop up fine.
  6. Now add the tomato and avocado, use the pulse setting to chop up course or however you like.
  7. Spoon the avocado salsa on top of the ground turkey and enjoy with any side, today I made some roasted squash, check the site for this recipe.
