Symptoms of food intolerance:
Headaches, Inflammation, Moodiness, Sinusitis, Acne/ Rosacea, Low energy, Congestion/ stuffy nose, Throat clearing, Abdominal cramping, Fatique, Cravings, Gas/ Bloating, Arthritis and/or ADD
By eliminating grains, sugar, and all processed foods for 21 days, we will give our bodies a chance to heal on the inside, reduce inflammation, increase insulin sensitivity, and improve functioning. Just by reducing inflammation and increasing insulin sensitivity, our bodies will burn fat more efficiently and improve our hunger and satiety signals helping us to lose weight.
Lets get rid of the symptoms and inflammation and start burning fat! Also, by keeping your blood sugar stabilized, you will not experience the crashing after you eat something containing too much sugar. Instead, your energy levels will stay up and you will not experience the cravings you once had. You may even lose excess weight!
1. Eliminate the following foods for 21 days: Grains, Sugar, and all Processed Foods
Anything that is processed or refined. Anything with high fructose corn syrup or other artificial sweeteners. Eat whole foods only, if you don’t recognize an ingredient, don’t eat it.
All foods made from wheat, corn, rice, pasta, cereals, barley, millet, rye, oats, etc.
White or brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, desserts
What will we eat mostly?
A. Organic vegetables (ex: Broccoli, Spinach, Kale, Celery, Parsley, Cauliflower, Asparagus, Mushrooms, Beets, etc.)
B. Clean protein (ex: pasture-raised eggs, organic chicken, grass -fed beef, and wild caught cold water fish)
C. Low to moderate amount of fruits (ex: Berries)
D. Healthy fats (ex: Avocado, avocado oil, olive oil, coconut oil, and macadamia nuts)
