I’m Fit & Happy has a series of 5, 5 minute workout videos for the Booty Blast Challenge. These workouts were designed to firm, lift and tone your glutes with a dedication of 7 days a week for 5 weeks!

Series 4/5: Attitude Blast

Perform the following workout 7 days this week. It will only take 5 minutes!

Booty Blast Challenge Workout Video Series 4 Description: 

  1. On all fours: On your knees with your or elbows down or arms straight with hands down shoulder width apart, keeping your leg bent and turned out, lift behind your hip, and up to hip level.
  2. Keep your core engaged to prevent arching your back.
  3. Keep your glutes as tight as you can and focus on achieving full hip extension.
  4. Pulse your leg up with a pointed foot in a small range of motion for 32 reps
  5. Then slow it down and continue to lift in a small range of motion for 16 reps.
  6. Straighten and lift your leg up to hip level while reaching it to the back corner of your body.
  7. Pulse your leg up with a pointed foot in a small range of motion for 32 reps
  8. Then slow it down and increase the range of motion by lowering it down to the floor and lifting up to hip level for 16 reps.
  9. Repeat series on the other leg.
  10. Add an ankle weight to make this more challenging.
  11. Crank up the music for added motivation and fun!
  12. You can do series 4 of the Booty Blast Challenge  7 days this week.
