Make a commitment in April to do your Abs Challenge Workout Video 3-4 times a week. I am sharing one of my many core workout videos from I’m Fit & Happy below. My purpose is to help my readers get a toned and strong core.  If you feel sore, give yourself an extra day off to fully recover. Remember this important tip: Eating healthy and getting proper nutrition is the key to showing off your sculpted Abs.

The Im Fit & Happy Abs Challenge Workout Video is accessible anytime and anywhere from your smartphone, computer, or iPad. If you do not have access to the Internet or do not have a smartphone, try the following exercises instead: 

2 minute plank

2 minute bicycle

Repeat these for a total of 2 sets. It should take you 8 minutes. If you need to modify, place your knees down in plank and/or take breaks if necessary. Good luck!!
